Important: Protects and preserves ferrous metal and alloy components and is used to provide superior additional protection for a wide range of applications against rust in a wide range of corrosive environments from salt spray to high humidity heat. Maintaining structural integrity, safety and value whether in storage or in transportation.
Stir well before use. DO NOT DILUTE.
Application

Surface preparation: The maximum performance can be
achieved when the metal surfaces to be protected are clean, dry and free of rust, oil and mill scale and a temperature of between I0°C and 35°C at the time of product application.

Brush: Liberally apply to components and before handling, allow to dry for up to 24 hours depending on drying conditions. Avoid getting bristles into coating.
Spray: Can be sprayed using most types of conventional
application methods to achieve the recommended coating thickness. May be injected into cavities and box sections via flexible or rigid lances either at room temperature or at 40 - 50°C using recirculating pumping equipment.

Long lasting protection against rust for a variety of
applications vehicle underbodies, marine, pipes, machinery in storage or for transportation.

Indoors & covered outdoors: up to 5 years
Outdoors: up to 3 years
The addition of any product over this coating is not recommended. It can result in incompatibility, thus affecting the performance of this coating.
Storage and Removal
Should be stored in a ventilated area at temperatures between 10 - 35°C Keep container tightly closed. Protect from frost.
Can be removed with mineral spirits or any similar petroleum solvent, hot alkaline wash or low pressure steam. It is not necessary to remove the coating prior to installing bearings just re-grease.
Comply with regulations, do not discharge into drains, soil or water.
Approximate 14 square metre per litre.
